The location was perfect, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The furniture and fittings were of good quality, creating a cozy atmosphere. The enclosed garden was a huge plus for my dog. It was also thoughtful of the host to provide teas and coffee in the well-stocked kitchen. The communication with Host & Stay was smooth, and access to the hotel was easy. I especially appreciated the off-street parking at the rear of the house. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

the property was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had a lovely, cozy atmosphere. the furnishings and decor were tastefully done, adding to the charm of the cottage. the small garden at the back of the property was a nice touch, although I didn't get the chance to enjoy it due to the weather. the availability of two parking spaces was convenient, and the cottage was within walking distance of local amenities, including a supermarket and transportation stations. my stay at Host & Stay - Spring Cottage was enjoyable and comfortable. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 👌🏼.

We loved the location of the cottage and the fact that it had a lovely enclosed garden space, which was extremely helpful for our dog. The kitchen was well stocked with teas and coffee, and the cottage was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and having both a bath and shower was convenient for our family with a 2-year-old. Additionally, the cottage was close to the heart of Whitby, making it easy to explore the area.
There were some minor issues during our stay. The back door had a slight issue, but it was promptly resolved when we contacted the host.

The location of the cottage was perfect, within walking distance to the center and offering a great base for exploring. The outdoor area was lovely, providing a nice space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The beds were comfortable and the cozy fire in the lounge added a nice touch for those chilly winter nights.
the issue with parking was frustrating. We were not informed about a designated parking space at the rear of the property, resulting in us paying for expensive parking in a nearby car park.

The value for money at Spring Cottage was excellent, with a spacious and well-decorated room. The location was great, within walking distance to the center, and the staff were attentive and friendly.
The only improvement needed would be more variety in the food for breakfast.

The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the addition of a lovely fire in the lounge made evenings even better. The excellent WI-FI was also a plus, and having access to a small garden at the back of the hotel was helpful for our dog. The availability of parking spaces, both at the back and front of the hotel, was convenient. having a nearby supermarket and easy access to the railway and bus station made our stay even more convenient. we highly recommend Spring Cottage for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.
